Problem description

Hohe Fehleranfälligkeit bei manuellen Einstellungen beim Produktwechsel – z. B. falsche MHDs, Chargennummern oder Etiketten –, was zu Ausschuss, Rückrufen und Zeitverlust führt.

Solution implementation

With FASTEC 4 PRO, the entire line conversion is automated and synchronised:

  • Printers and labelers automatically receive all article data such as best-before date and batch number.
  • Camera inspection systems are configured in parallel with the appropriate inspection parameters, including automatic storage of the inspection results.
  • Palletisers are supplied with all relevant information via the recipe manager – including pallet patterns and wrapping programs.
  • FASTEC 4 PRO takes into account changeovers when each machine needs to setup sequentially with a delay.
  • All systems are connected bidirectionally, and the current status is visible at any time in the FASTEC 4 PRO terminal.
