When a line goes to a stop and the operator needs support from other department it was required to call or find correct people resulting lost time and a more costly downtime.

Implementation

Line/machine states that should trigger communication has been identified, based on this a mapping to Alert module was configured with a information deliver via MS Teams. Withing the Alert module it was defined the responsible team for each area with hierarchy and escalation mechanism.
